Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
On Android: Open Google Play β Menu β Subscriptions β Rooted Pray β Cancel. On iOS: Open Settings β Your Name β Subscriptions β Rooted Pray β Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Q: How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the Rooted Pray app β Go to Settings β Subscription β Tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account you used to purchase.
Q: The AI spiritual guide gave an incorrect answer. What should I do?
AI guides are designed for inspiration and biblical guidance, but may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important theological questions with your pastor or a trusted religious leader. Report issues to support@rootedpray.com.
Q: How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings β Account β Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also email support@rootedpray.com to request account deletion.
Q: How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
Q: What languages does Rooted Pray support?
Rooted Pray currently supports 14 languages including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, and Tamil.
Q: Is my prayer data private?
Yes. Prayer requests marked as "Private" are visible only to you. Prayer requests marked as "Public" or shared to a community circle are visible to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Q: I am having a technical issue. How do I report it?
Email support@rootedpray.com with your device type, OS version, app version (Settings β App Version), and a description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful.
